Between Hope and Yale the Fraser narrows into a canyon where time stands still. Carved by glaciers ten thousand years ago and made famous by the 1858 gold rush, these are waters still panned by hand and steeped in both Indigenous and settler history. Today the real treasure is the canyon itself: towering rock, wild water, and the white sturgeon, a living dinosaur that has survived more than 200 million years and that you'll often see anglers fighting alongside you. Bald eagle tours

Each fall, up to 3,000 bald eagles gather along a four-mile stretch of the Harrison River, the single largest concentration of eagles anywhere in the world and a spectacle people travel across the planet to witness. It's a calm-water tour suited to every age and group size, led by boat operators who know the river's history and wildlife inside out. Bring the family, the office or a group of friends and drift beneath hundreds of eagles at once.

When do the jet boat tours run?

Where do the bald eagle tours take place?
On the Harrison River, where up to 6,000 bald eagles gather each fall along a 4 mile corridor, the single largest gathering of eagles in the world. It is a calm water trip suited to all ages and geared to everyone. Naturalists love this experience and come from all over the World to marvel in the beauty of this Eagle sanctuary.
